Peace — Calm in the Midst of the Storm
“Peace on earth, goodwill to men.” That was heaven’s announcement on the first Christmas night.
But peace doesn’t mean life suddenly got easy. It means the Prince of Peace arrived in the middle of the storm.
True peace isn’t the absence of noise. It’s the presence of Jesus. It’s knowing that no matter what the headlines say or how heavy your heart feels, God is still in control.
Jesus didn’t bring peace through power or armies. He brought it through surrender and love. He calmed storms not just on the sea, but in people’s souls.
So when the season feels rushed, or when anxiety creeps in, pause. Breathe. Remember.
Peace isn’t found in your plans. It’s found in His presence.
Reflection
What would change this Christmas if you invited Jesus to be your peace instead of trying to create it yourself?
